A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and issue a booking reference. The remaining balance is due before departure, at the timeline shown at checkout. Prices are quoted per person in Indian Rupees and exclude international flights, visas, and personal travel insurance unless stated otherwise.
We guarantee departure at four confirmed guests. If a scheduled departure does not reach this minimum, we will offer a full refund of amounts paid or the option to move to the next viable date at no additional charge.

Wildlife viewing carries inherent risk. Guests must follow the instructions of their naturalist guide at all times, particularly around wildlife proximity and vehicle conduct. We reserve the right to remove a guest from a departure, without refund, where conduct endangers other guests, staff, or wildlife.
Travel insurance covering wildlife-viewing activities is required for every international departure and strongly recommended for domestic trips. Proof of coverage may be requested before departure.
Earthbound Trails LLP arranges accommodation, transport, and activities through third-party local operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond what is required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
