1. Who we are

Earthbound Trails LLP (“Earthbound Trails,” “we,” “us”) operates https://earthboundtrails.in and the booking, account, and enquiry services on it. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone, when you submit an enquiry, book a trip, or create an account.
• Traveller details required for a booking — passport information, dietary and medical notes relevant to the itinerary, emergency contacts.
• Payment information, processed by Razorpay — we do not store full card details ourselves.
• Account and authentication data, managed by Supabase Auth.
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel, where enabled.

3. How we use it

To process bookings and payments, respond to enquiries, send trip-related and transactional email, meet our legal and safety obligations to travellers and local operators, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Local ground operators and accommodation providers on your itinerary receive the traveller details necessary to run the trip. Razorpay processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email. Where enabled, we may also pass enquiry data to CRM or automation tools (HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion) for internal lead handling. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to support@earthboundtrails.in. Traveller safety and financial records related to a completed booking may be retained for longer where required by law.
